How it works
- Add photos. iPhone HEIC photos, screenshots, WebP images from websites: up to 20 at a time.
- Pick the format and size. Need a photo under 100 KB for an application form? Tick "Keep each file under" and type 100.
- Download. One by one, or all together as a ZIP. Change a setting and every photo updates instantly.
Which format should I choose?
- JPG for photos you'll email, upload to forms or print. Every device and website accepts it.
- PNG for screenshots, logos and anything with transparency. Larger files, no quality loss.
- WebP for websites: about 25–35% smaller than JPG at the same look.
- AVIF for the smallest files. Newer, so a few older apps can't open it yet.
Frequently asked questions
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Conversion happens inside your browser, so your photos never leave your device. It even works offline once the page has loaded.
How do I get a photo under 100 KB?
Tick "Keep each file under" and enter 100. The tool finds the best quality that fits, and only shrinks the dimensions if quality alone isn't enough. It tells you when it had to.
Can I convert HEIC photos from my iPhone?
Yes. HEIC photos are converted to JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF here, with the right rotation. Very large HEIC files can take a few seconds each on phones.
Is location data removed?
Yes. Converted files are drawn fresh from the pixels, so camera details and GPS location in the original are not copied over.
